1960s Mod Styling Challenge recap

Our March styling challenge continued with the theme for the month: COLOR. It was all about 1960s Mod fashion, taking place on the incredible streets of London runway at Model’s Workshop. Participants were asked to take inspiration from the mod trends of the 1960s, but bring it into 2016. The aim was to make it colorful, patterned and fun. We were yet again lucky enough to have Dahriel of Posesion Poses provide prizes.

The following fashion professionals were our judges for this challenge:
– Sabine Mortenwold; Model’s Workshop Fashiondish Chat Leader, who is also a model and talented artist
– Mecca Teladis; model, blogger and stylist
– Toasty Lewinter; winner of the January styling challenge

We had four lovely participants in the challenge who all did a great job with their styling and clearly took the directions about color and pattern to heart. We had Ahn Avion (Skintrader Greyskin) who placed 3rd, Paradox Messmer who placed 2nd, Tiffany (Ti Mosienko) who placed 4th and Venum Ames who placed 1st.

Our sophisticated stage was created by CEO Suki Rexen, who is an all-star of designing. We thank her heartily as she went out of her way to do it. Thank yous also go to our COO Jena Adder and official photographer Lira Savira.

We hope to see you on April 20th for our next challenge!
